If you're using Respondent.io with FC UX for your unmoderated studies, here's exactly how to set it up, communicate effectively with participants, and easily track completion status.
Creating a Screener
When setting up your unmoderated study in FC UX, you can directly build your screener questions. After finalizing and launching your study, the screener questions automatically publish to Respondent.io, allowing potential participants to qualify themselves based on your criteria.
Communicating with Participants
While FC UX efficiently manages study sessions, it isn't designed for manual participant interactions. Instead, you'll handle participant communication directly on Respondent.io:
- First, ensure you or your panel team members have access to the Respondent.io dashboard. If you don't already have access, request it through this Respondent Dashboard link.
- Once you have access, you'll communicate with participants who meet your screener criteria directly within Respondent.io. You'll handle scheduling, reminders, and any participant questions using Respondent's messaging feature.
Remember, all manual participant communications must occur on Respondent.io since FC UX doesn't include this feature.
Tracking Completion Status
To track participant completions effectively:
- Monitor session completions directly in Respondent.io as participants finish their tasks.
- The completion status you see on Respondent.io automatically syncs back to FC UX. Go to the “Recordings” section in FC UX to view completed participant sessions. All session recordings from Respondent.io automatically appear here, simplifying your tracking and analysis workflow.
Following this process ensures smooth coordination between FC UX and Respondent.io, keeping your research organized and efficient.
